Purpose: The purpose is whether osteochondral distal metatarsal allograft reconstruction is a good solution for degenerative conditions of the metatarsophalangeal joints.
Conclusions: Osteochondral distal metatarsal allograft reconstruction is a safe and effective procedure for treatment of painful, degenerative conditions of the metatarsophalangeal joints.
