Humeral Head Osteochondral Allograft Reconstruction with Arthroscopic Anterior Shoulder Stabilization at a Long-Term Follow-Up

Overview: This is  a case of recurrent anterior shoulder instability who was treated with humeral head osteochondral allograft reconstruction and concomitant arthroscopic anterior stabilization.

Conclusion: Humeral head osteochondral allograft reconstruction combined with an arthroscopic anterior stabilization procedure can be successful for recurrent shoulder instability and engaging Hill-Sachs lesion.
