Fresh Precut Osteochondral Allograft Core Transplantation for the Treatment of Femoral Cartilage Defects

Purpose: To show that fresh OCA cores represent an ideal alternative to standard graft matching for small femoral condyle lesions.

Summary: As OCA transplantation has emerged as a popular option for the treatment of cartilage defects, standard techniques for graft matching rely on pairing donor-recipient size. However, this can be mitigated by using OCA cores for small lesions.
