A true midwestern girl, Molly was born in Iowa and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She crossed the border to attend the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, while interning as a student athletic trainer for the Gopher Football Team. Her love for medicine and caring for others blossomed alongside her passion of sports leading her to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After spending 6+ years in geriatrics, memory loss, chronic pain, and general orthopedic patient care, life sent her seeking other challenges. She moved into a Biologics Manager role at Arthrex Minnesota for the past nine years. She actively seeks opportunities to improve patient outcomes by streamlining processes, problem solving, and leading with evidence-based medicine.
With her husband Mark and their two young children, she enjoys hiking, playing sand volleyball, exploring National Parks, cheering on her Green Bay Packers, and visiting family. If you’re ever in Minnesota, stop by for a homecooked meal and stories around the bonfire.
