Melissa Eichenlaub is caring, compassionate, and driven. This shows in all aspects of her life, at work, at home, and in the community. Although quiet and reserved most of the time, she is not afraid to speak up and step up to accomplish her goals and the goals of the people around her. If something needs to be done, she is the one you want.
Melissa has been in the tissue banking industry for over 10 years, including various roles in Donor Services at Northeast Ohio’s Organ Procurement Organization. She currently holds an Associate’s degree but is pursuing an Associate’s to Master’s degree through a bridge program at Indiana Wesleyan University in Healthcare Administration.
Melissa was born, raised, and still resides near Cleveland, Ohio. However, somehow due to family ties, she remains a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers despite years of her husband’s protests. She is the mother of two amazing and very active daughters, who participate in volleyball, track, soccer, and ballet. Her hobbies include catching up on all the juicy Real Housewives drama, reading, spending time with her family and all their activities, which include coaching JO volleyball, planning events that range from kids’ birthday parties to larger gatherings for any occasion, and being outdoors, always ready to try new experiences and new adventures.
