Lacy Meyer is unique, passionate, and deeply driven to make things right—whether that means fixing an inefficient process or standing up for what’s fair and honest. When a new process or project started or an old one was drowning in inefficiencies, the phrase “Lacy it up” became the go-to for turning things around. Lacy has a special way of getting to the heart of how things work, not just what people do, but why—and then building systems that make sense for everyone involved. She never loses sight of the purpose behind the work and always puts people first. Her energy, heart, and ability to connect with others are unmatched.
Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Lacy moved to Colorado 15 years ago and proudly calls it home. A lifelong science enthusiast, she began her healthcare journey as an EMT and worked as a medical assistant while earning her B.S. in Biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. After she graduated, she left clinical work to support a large group of hospital-based pathologists where she discovered her passion for project management. Lacy earned her PMP certification in 2021 and has been leading healthcare projects with a focus on improving systems and patient care, combining her love of science, teamwork, and helping others.
Outside of work, Lacy loves music and going to concerts—especially when it’s The Avett Brothers (she admits she might be a little obsessed!). She also enjoys traveling, baking, caring for her many houseplants, and spending time with her family and their newly rescued puppy, Gabi.
