Purpose: To describe the surgical technique for glenoid reconstruction with distal tibia allograft for recurrent anterior shoulder instability.

Summary: Using fresh distal tibia allograft has been reported as an anatomic, osteoarticular reconstructive option for restoring the glenoid arc and maintaining glenohumeral congruency.
